Q: What happens if I’m not available when the delivery arrives?

Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: We’re so sorry if your package arrived damaged! Please email us at wecare@minimyst.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery date?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates at this time. However, we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days.

Q: Do you deliver to rural areas?

A: Yes, we do our best to deliver to all areas within India, including rural locations, subject to the coverage of our delivery partners.
